About 2 weeks after you approve your artwork, unless the product page says otherwise, plus delivery. For Christmas and big events, enquire early.

How do I order?

Promotional products can't be ordered online. Click "Make an enquiry" on the product, tell us your quantity and send your logo, and we'll send you a formal quote confirming the price. Artwork setup is included.

Which printing method suits which product?

The right method depends on the product, its material and your logo. Here's how the main methods compare.

Screen printing

Ink is pushed through a fine mesh screen onto the product. Best for: Bold, solid colours on bags, apparel and flat products, including large print areas. Keep in mind: Exact colour matches are harder on dark products, and each extra colour adds a setup.

Pad printing

A soft silicone pad picks up the ink from an etched plate and presses it onto the product. Best for: Small, curved or uneven items such as pens, stress shapes and key rings, with sharp fine detail. Keep in mind: Not suited to photos or gradients.

Laser engraving

A laser engraves your logo into the surface of the product. Best for: Metal, wood and bamboo items. Permanent and premium, and it can't wear off. Keep in mind: One tone only: the colour comes from the material. Very fine detail can be lost on small items.

Embroidery

Your logo is stitched into the fabric with thread. Best for: Caps, apparel and bags. Hard-wearing with a premium look. Keep in mind: Very small text and fine detail don't stitch well.

Digital transfers

Your artwork is printed in full colour onto a film and heat-pressed onto the fabric. Best for: Full-colour logos on apparel and bags, short runs, and individual names. Keep in mind: Metallic and fluoro colours can't be reproduced.

Full-colour digital printing

Ink is printed straight onto the product, with a white base on dark products. Best for: Photos, gradients and many-colour logos on flat or slightly curved surfaces. Keep in mind: Metallic and fluoro colours can't be reproduced.

Rotary digital printing

Full-colour ink is printed around a rotating product. Best for: Full-colour designs that wrap around drink bottles and tumblers, with a gloss finish. Keep in mind: Production is slower, so lead times can be longer.

Domed labels

Your artwork is printed in full colour on vinyl and covered with a clear resin dome. Best for: A raised, glossy 3D look on hard products. Keep in mind: Larger print areas cost more.

Printed labels

Full-colour adhesive labels applied to the product. Best for: Products that can't be printed directly, and individual names. Keep in mind: Metallic and fluoro colours aren't available.

Debossing and foil stamping

A heated metal plate presses your logo into the surface, either blind (no colour) or with a metallic foil. Best for: Notebook covers, leather-look and PU products. Premium and permanent. Keep in mind: Blind debossing can be subtle on textured materials, and individual names aren't possible.

Imitation etch

A special ink creates a frosted, etched look on glass. Best for: Glassware, for an etched look at a lower cost than real etching. Keep in mind: Fine shading can't be reproduced consistently.

Dye sublimation

Dye is transferred into a specially coated product, so there's no raised ink layer. Best for: Vivid full-colour designs on white or light coated items. Keep in mind: Only works on products made for it.

Puff print

A special ink rises as it cures, giving a raised feel. Best for: A tactile, eye-catching look on apparel. Keep in mind: Not for fine detail, thin lines or gradients.

Not every method is available on every product. Tell us what you'd like and we'll confirm the best option for your product in your quote.

Can each item have a different name?

On some products, yes. Digital transfers, printed labels and full-colour digital printing can add individual names on selected products. Ask us when you enquire.

What artwork do you need?

Send us your logo, ideally as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) or a high-resolution image. We set up the artwork for you and send a proof to approve before production.
