By placing a high-resolution, custom-printed dome in the center of a metal housing, you get the prestige of a custom-struck medal without the high die-casting costs.
The custom insert system revolutionises medals, embedding logos, event details, or images into the center. Die-struck for depth or printed for vibrancy, this turns generics into branded icons.
If a larger quantity of medals is required (generally over 200) then a fully customed medal should be considered. A unique mold needs to be made for each custom medal and there is a setup cost which would be amortised into the cost of the medal. Because of the mold cost the cost of the medal can be expensive for small quantities.
This allows the sports club or business to permanently incorporate the company logo into the medal with a personalised logo ribbon. The metal medal can be made in a traditional looking finish in one colour (with raised and recessed metal) or colour enal can be added for a more modern finish
